Boards and Commissions Home
In order to operate a City and represent the citizens of the entire community the City Council relies on a number of boards, committees and commissions to help them understand the needs and desires of the community. The City of Cottage Grove has numerous boards, commissions or committees that are comprised of citizens meeting various requirements. The committees or commissions are important to the operation of the City because they provide valuable insight and advise to the City Council or to City Staff. All members of the City's committees are volunteers appointed by the City Council. If you would like more information or are interested in serving on any of the City of Cottage Grove committees please contact the City Manager's Office or the contact listed with the committee.
Regularly the City recruits volunteers to serve on the committees.
