Party in the Park & Emergency Preparedness Fair

Stop by Coiner Park Saturday, August 6, 2022 for a free family-friendly event.
The City of Cottage Grove in partnership with local churches and South Valley Athletics will be hosting a Party in the Park/Emergency Preparedness Fair.
Party in the Park will be handing out free food as well as backpacks filled with school supplies while South Valley Athletics will be organizing a basketball tournament.
Learn how to respond and prepare for emergencies of any kind such as an earthquake, flood, power outage or any other type of disaster. The first 100 people to fill out their provided stamp card will receive emergency prizes of their choosing, such as emergency straws, first aid kits, rescue blankets and more!
With over 20 local organizations coming out to support the community, enter in a free raffle to win emergency preparedness prizes. Raffle prizes include; water conservation kits, luci lights, emergency kits and survival bags. Participate in preparedness activities throughout the day and learn what you should do if a disaster strikes.
Take an up-close look at emergency vehicles; a fire truck, ambulance, armored vehicle, marine patrol boat and many more will be in appearance! We hope you will join us for a day of fun, see you there!
